1. What we collect

Searches you run, listings you save, messages you send to agents, account info, and product usage telemetry needed to run our service.

2. How we use it

To rank search results, connect you with agents you message, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.

3. Session replay

Our Relyv.ai SDK captures session replay with PII redacted at the source — account numbers, phone, email and personally identifying free-text are masked before any byte leaves your browser.

4. Sharing

We share contact info only with the specific agent you message. We do not share your search history or saved homes with any agent, broker, or third party.

5. Your rights

Access, export, correct, or delete your data via Account → Privacy. State-specific rights (CCPA/CPRA, NY SHIELD, Texas DPSA) honored at request.

6. Retention

Account data retained while the relationship is active and for 24 months after deletion request, per real-estate recordkeeping rules.
