1. Acceptance
By accessing RelyvHomes you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and using the service in a state where we are licensed (CA, TX, NY, WA, FL).
3. Listings + accuracy
Listings come from MLS feeds and direct from agents. While we work hard to keep them current, you should confirm price + availability with the listing agent before making any decision.
4. No agent representation by RelyvHomes
Browsing RelyvHomes does not create an agency relationship. Agency begins when you sign a written buyer-broker agreement with a specific agent.
5. Mortgage calculator
Our calculator is an estimate based on the inputs you provide. It is not a pre-approval and does not lock a rate. Get a written pre-approval from a lender before making offers.
6. Limitation of liability
RelyvHomes is not liable for errors in third-party data (MLS, county records, school ratings) or for outcomes of transactions facilitated through the platform.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
